By using Capi: Focus & Study Timer ("the app"), developed by Pasteuri ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree to them, please don't use the app.
The app helps you run focused work sessions by blocking apps you select for the session's duration. Enforcement differs by platform (Android, iOS, and desktop each have different real technical limits, described in the app's own onboarding) and is never guaranteed to be unbypassable. We are not responsible for missed deadlines, exams, or other consequences of a session not blocking as you expected.
An account is required to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for providing accurate information when you create an account.
The paid tier is a recurring subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, at the price and interval shown to you at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, not through this app directly.
Some plans include a free trial. Where one is offered, its length is shown on the purchase screen before you subscribe. Trials are limited to one per account per store, so if you have already used a trial for this subscription you will be charged as soon as you subscribe.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us directly.
Don't use the app to violate any law, or to attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
The app is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any blocking mechanism will be unbypassable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed deadlines or exams.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the app and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, and you can delete your account entirely from Settings > Delete account in the app or from the account deletion page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
